On the old AtkinsDietHelp.com website we had a regular discussion board. The problem with that board ultimately turned out to be a ton of garbage posts from automated programs trying to put links for themselves all over the web.

And, the board went into disrepair.

The New AtkinsDietHelp.com is now based on a Blog format. You’ll see daily posts from me or my team, and then you’ll be encouraged to contribute and respond. There will also be a way for you to ask your own questions.
