Are you tired of the same old thing morning after morning? Well we’ve got just what you need! These fluffy ricotta pancakes are delicious, low in carbs, and super easy to make! Give it a try and let us know how you like ‘em!
1 cup of ricotta cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp wheat gluten
1/4 cup of splenda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
blueberries (optional)
These pancakes are super simple. All you have to do is mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Then grease skillet, and cook! Garnish with butter or low-carb maple syrup!

This receipe doesn’t say how many carbs/servings per pancake. Do you know?
