Do you miss that delicious peanut butter-chocolate combo? Never thought you’d be able to have it again? Well, luckily for you, we’ve proved you wrong! Try out this fantastic recipe and tell us what you think!
Ingredients:
1 oz. unsweetened baker’s chocolate
8 oz cream cheese
4 teaspoons peanut butter
1 cup Splenda
1/4 cup heavy cream
Melt cream cheese and peanut butter in microwave for approx 1 minute each. Then stir, and put back in microwave for another minute. Melt chocolate in separate bowl until creamy. Add chocolate to cream cheese mixture and beat in Splenda and cream. Pour into greased glass pan and let chill at least 4 hours.
Cut and serve. (This recipe yields a more “gooey” fudge than traditional fudge; if you want a more traditional fudge, place pan in freezer for 30 minutes before cutting.)
Cut into 16 pieces — 4 grams net carbs per piece.
