Sausage and Cheddar Quiche

1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup water
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Paprika to taste

Preheat oven to 325
Cook sausage in a heavy skillet until brown. Drain sausage. Mix sausage, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, basil, and garlic powder untl stirred well. Spoon into a lightly greased 9″ pie pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
Mix eggs, water, and cream. Pour over cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
