•4 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
•2 tsp. minced garlic
•1 cup sour cream
•1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
•1/4 cup mayonnaise
•salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Cover bowl and chill for 2-7 days. Amend spices to taste.
