1 3-4oz.pkg plain pork rinds
1/4 cup low-carb pizza sauce
3oz. shredded mozzerella
any topping you want
Arange pork rinds on a microwave safe plate. Sprinkle shredded mozzerella on top of the rinds. Add remaining desired toppings on top of the cheese. Microwave until cheese bubbles (do not overheat or porkrinds will burn). Sprinkle with parmesean cheese. For dipping, heat pizza sauce in microwave until hot.
Carb count depends on sauce and veggies used
